HGV Driver – Desilt operator and HGV Grab Driver

SAS Utilities are looking to recruit an HGV Desilt operator and HGV grab driver, working on utility projects nationwide. Travelling will be required for this role.

Competitive rates of pay, weekend working available. Work is national based. Full PPE and induction provided.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Valid Class 2 License- CPC up to date.
• Current HIAB Crane Certificate
• Driving, Safe Loading and unloading with grab.
• Desilt operation supporting cabling teams.
• Ensuring materials are safely loaded and secure.
• Complying with all legislation in line with operators license.
• General upkeep of vehicle – daily checks, defect reporting, keeping vehicle clean.
• Completing all essential paperwork, check boots.
• Ensuring all safe working practice are followed and all SAS Utilities Ltd Risk Assessments and Method Statements are adhered to.
• Preferably previous work in the utilities industry.
